Dan
Owner

Born in Williams Lake , and moved to Kamloops in spring of 1994. Dan started with Mount Paul in 1994. Dan was named general manager in 2005, became a partner in 2008, then bought out his partner in 2015. He's had many different jobs in the golf industry around the province of British Columbia. Dan has been a certified golf professional since 1981,and has been sharing his love for golf with others for many years.
Dan has two sons, Jimmy and Jake that also call Kamloops home. 


Brian
Pro-Shop Manager

From Grand Prairie Alberta, Brian is a retired RCMP officer with a love for golf. Brian has been golfing since he was 7 years old, and attended professional golf school in California. He has been in the golf industry for 30 years, graduating professional golf school in 1996. Brian is the only golf club repair man in Kamloops, and still continues to learn so he can service the golf community the best he can. Brian has been with us for 13 years, and we are very lucky to have him.  When he isn't fixing golfclubs, Brian is a coach in our junior camps, a coach for the special Olympics, and he works in the pro-shop.  
In his spare time, Brian enjoys camping, vacationing in Mexico, and playing a good round of golf.

Greg
Tournament Coordinator  

Born in Swift Current Saskatchewan, and raised in various parts of Saskatchewan, Greg found his love for golf when he moved to Kamloops in 2014. He has been golfing for 7 years and started with us in 2017. Greg started out working on the range, but quickly moved into the pro-shop. Greg has now taken on the roll of our tournament coordinator, and still works in the pro-shop as he works towards getting his pro card. 
Greg also does club repairs along side Brian here at Mount Paul Golf course, and he helps out with our junior camps and other activates around the course.
In his free time, Greg likes to play, ref, and watch hockey. He has been playing hockey his whole life, he even played university hockey in Washington.
He also enjoys spending time with his friends and family, and playing any sport he can get his hands on.

Nancy
Kitchen Manager
Head Cook

Born in Calgary and Raised in Coquitlam, Nancy has been cooking professionally for 17 years. Nancy joined our team in 2018 as a line cook and was quickly promoted to Kitchen Manager/ Head Cook. 
She cooks for all of the men's nights, ladies nights, and tournaments that take place here at Mount Paul Golf Course. You can also find Nancy cooking during the week for our guests in the clubhouse.
Nancy enjoys her coworkers, and always finds joy in what she does. 
 Outside of work, Nancy spends her time reading, vacationing, and spending time with family and friends.

Michelle
Restaurant Supervisor 

Michelle has been with us here at Mount Paul Golf Course for 8 years, currently in her 9th year. As our Restaurant Supervisor, She does scheduling, hiring, and serves. In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her two children, and spending time with her friends.
She absolutely loves her job, coworkers, and most importantly her costumers.

Nathan
Course Superintendent

Nathan joined our team in 2017 and took over as Course Superintendent in 2020. Sustainability and environmental protection are priorities for Nathan here at Mount Paul Golf Course. He holds a certificate of Horticulture from Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, and a diploma in Turfgrass Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University in Langley. Nathan takes a data driven approach to turf management, utilizing metrics such as clipping yield and weather based growth models to refine inputs and determine fertilizer applications, mowing frequency, irrigation needs, and more. 
A highlight of Nathans career was when he was featured in an article by the USGA Green Section regarding data collection and reducing inputs.
Outside of work, Nathan assists his wife Rebecca, and Daughter Clara with raising sheep and chickens on their property in Barriere. 
Congratulations to Nathan and Rebecca on the arrival of their baby boy, Cameron!

Jessica 
Accountant/Book-keeper 

Jessica was born on the Sunshine Coast and moved to Kamloops when she was ten years old. She enjoys being outdoors with her dog and spending time with her family. Jessica started with Mount Paul in February of 2015. She
originally worked in the restaurant where she served for many years. Working in the restaurant allowed Jessica to get to know many of our members and customers, which was such a great experience. Jessica even learned
how to golf! Since then, she has transitioned to working in the office as a bookkeeper and she really enjoys it.
